Fairhavens Estate Agents – The Fairhavens database allows them to keep a complete online catalogue for their properties which can be kept up to date by their own staff. It retains property details, photography, location maps and stores information relating to the sites usage statistics.

Richard Miller Solicitors –We were approached by Richard Miller Solicitors to add 2 database driven tools to the web site we created for them some 12 months earlier. We were able to integrate two separate tools, one for the client facing pages of the site and one for use by Richard Miller Solicitor’s staff. The client tool allows customers to input their unique personal circumstance details that are processed by our application which then delivers a tailor made quote back to the client. The staff version of this tool works in much the same way but with the added benefit of being able to change the variables that dictate the end result.

Greer Recruitment Services –Stephen from Greer Recruitment Services was looking for a clean corporate web site with the ability to add, remove and manage job vacancies that are currently live on their books. We implemented a database driven tool made using asp.net. The tool allows Greer Recruitment staff to easily log in via a secure web page based interface and make any changes that they require. The tool also displays the latest 3 vacancies on their home page to ensure their users are always kept up to date.

Franklins Accountants – Franklins wanted to extend their service offering via their web site and approached us to create an online quoting system. The quoting system lets businesses and individuals enter various details based on their financial position, the tool then makes various calculations based on this data and returns a quote to the user. This tool is also easily updateable to ensure that hourly rates and other charges can be changed in the future.

Pawmark Pet Supplies – Pawmark approached DV8 Media to help increase their customer base using the power of the internet. We implemented a full online shop complete with database to retain all the products and prices, again this site is maintained by Pawmark themselves through a secure web based interface.

The Oyster Shack – The Oyster Shack are a specialist seafood eatery based near Bigbury Bay in Devon. Databases may not normally be associated with a seafood restaurant but we implemented two! The first is a dynamic news item that allows shack staff to update customers on events, vacancies and menu changes. The second supports a gallery CMS for patrons to send in images of their night out or event, as with the news item, this database can be maintained easily by shack staff.
