Tavyside is a brand new £2.8m health centre based in Tavistock, Devon. The health centre is the result of two previous surgeries merging to deliver state of the art health care within their community.
Tavyside is a brand new £2.8m health centre based in Tavistock, Devon. The health centre is the result of two previous surgeries merging to deliver state of the art health care within their community.
Our initial role for Tavyside was to produce a public information website which could inform the local community of the changes happening in their area and to their existing surgeries. We designed a web site which could provide the first insights into the project before work had commenced, by showing off the artist impressions of the development and introducing patients to each surgeries team, to familiarise themselves. The site was also used to support other marketing and Pr exercises being carried out through direct mail, radio and newspaper activities.
dv8:media are currently working on the website which will support the centre when it opens in May 2011. The news site will deliver patient services such as online appointment bookings and management, coupled to NHS standard prescription and medication ordering.
To support the various marketing activities being carried out to inform the community about Tavyside Health Centre, we have provided print for a number of leaflets and brochures.
