Active Cornwall is the largest online booking website for outdoor activities in Cornwall. They provide access to group activities, family activities, adrenaline activities, water fun and extreme sports.
Active Cornwall required a front end web design which could seamlessly link to an online booking system for the activities. We designed and developed a CMS website solution which delivers the close control the client needs to maintain the activities information on the site. As well as web page content access we also created dynamic areas around the site which keep the content fresh at all times. These include a news feed which populates on the home page based on the latest information added to the website, and also a 'featured activity' area. All activities can be checked for availability and booked online using the ticketing system. The site also benefits from an email marketing system which is integrated within the content management system. There are various sign up points around the site for user to subscribe; these subscriptions are then automatically managed.
